Our identity
After more than ten years in corporate finance and entrepreneurship, success and failures, it appeared more than relevant to bring an ultra-efficient & modern working methodology as well as a new philosophy to the profession of investment banker.
Based on this analysis, we created in 2021 We Match Partners, an independent investment bank.

Guillaume Salomon – Managing Partner
Guillaume has co-created or managed 3 high-tech start-ups in France and the United States in the world of software, HR or customer relations.
He has developed a wide range of perspectives working within different roles. He has both engineering and sales skills and experience which is particularly valuable for We Match Partners clients.
For several years, he has supported startups in the early stages or growth phases on strategic topics.
Guillaume has an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale Nantes as well as a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from HEC.
Etienne Rémond – Managing Partner
Etienne brings nearly 15 years of corporate finance expertise to We Match Partners clients.
After several years in audit at EY, he spent 10 years at Valeo within the M&A and investor relations teams before becoming CFO of an international start-up in the software industry.
Etienne has acquired a complete M&A know-how (Buy-side / Sell-side), on deals of various sizes (€500k -> €800m) and especially on the due diligence, valuation, negotiation and contract steps.
Etienne has a business school diploma with a specialization in corporate finance from NEOMA Business School.
